I just wanted to express how helpful and kind the removal team were. Janos, Baz and Khalid done such a good job. Janos who was the team leader, was really friendly and chatty. He put some stuff together for me and even put my washing machine in which he didn't have to do. Baz and Khalid were very fast at what they do, and polite kind people. As a single mum fleeing domestic violence it really helped put me at ease with how great they were and also how professional they were. I would really recommend them to everyone.

Easy shift is a well named company. They make the process of moving very simple, handling the whole process on behalf of the customer at what is, it has to be said, a very competitive rate. Furthermore, both John and Janus, are very friendly and understanding people to work with, setting realistic expectations along with listening to what it was I needed, and then be flexible when things changed. Would happily use again and recommend others the same .

I would highly recommend Easy Shift: 1, they were the only company to send someone here to inspect in person when we were getting quotes. They quickly made me realise how much more stuff we had than we'd estimated. 2, Janos (chief removal manager) was friendly and helpful and was also able to give me some (moral) support / advice in the highly stressful process of packing up and moving out. He was quick to respond to any queries and tried to be flexible. 3, His guys worked so quickly and on the whole carefully with packing/ unpacking and carrying stuff in and out of the property.

Many of our family belongings have been in storage for the past 2 years. Finally in a position to get them back. Easyshift organised a convenient delivery date immediately and I had all my items back the following week (maybe even quicker!). Everything was returned to us in one piece, not a single broken or damamaged item. To carry in a room full (literally!) of boxes and lots of awkward shaped items too took them just over an hour. They were all super friendly and willing to help. I will miss my monthly emails with Jon too! Thank you for EVERYTHING!

Jon, Janos and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Our initial movers cancelled on us very late - and despite a full schedule, they found a way to move us into our new house. Friendly, professional, speedy and efficient, without a single item damaged - I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
