we need someone quickly to carry out some emergency work. Misbah replied to our request for help promptly and following good communication we hired him to carry out the work. He arrived promptly the next day and the work was carried to a high standard. Misbah worked diligently and was after the job was completed he lift the area clean and tidy. I would recommend he's work and will use again in the future.

We needed a thermostatic mixer replaced and had a leak in our bathroom. Luckily we found Misbah, who quickly and efficiently fixed both issues. He was professional, reliable and reasonably priced. I’d highly recommend Misbah to anyone needing a skilled and trustworthy plumber.

Great guy, excellent communication, gives you updates for when he'll be there, how much it will cost, how long it will take to receive the products, the whole lot. Did the work quite nicely, would recommend him for the future.

He was responsive to messages beforehand and did the work to my satisfaction. He was polite and helpful throughout and explained what he was doing and why. He checked in with me a couple times after to check everything was ok. Would go to again in the future.

Misbah visited us last week after our cistern packed up. He made it secure and we agreed a visit on Wednesday to replace the entire unit. Turned up as agreed sorted it out and we are delighted. I have forgotten how many times we have used him now he comes highly recommended by us.
