The Easyplan team are the kind of builders you feel confident in coming back to time & time again. Bob has done a porch, an extension & 3 renovations for me. He is always available to discuss things & make helpful suggestions. The team work well without supervision & I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Bob is very approachable and reliable and does what he says he will do in a very timely manner. He took as much of the worry and stress away from me as possible. I have recently had an extension completed led by Bob with Sean and their team. The project met the expected timescales and stayed to budget. Communication and organisation was brilliant, any issues resolved quickly, the site was always left tidy and secure and Bob was very considerate to us while living at home during the build. Following our recent house move, we engaged Bob & team as the lead builder and contractor to renovate the existing extension and convert the garage. Bob’s unwavering trustworthiness was evident throughout the project. The work was executed precisely according to the defined scope, specifications, and budget. We maintained open communication, collaboratively addressing any changes or challenges that arose. We are exceptionally pleased with the results achieved thus far and eagerly anticipate Bob and the team’s return to complete the next phase of our renovations.

Bob and his team were fantastic. Whole build delivered on time and to a very high standard. We planned key decisions together, this meant we were able to have the en-suite we desired and still keep our super king bed. We trusted Bob in our home, we moved out as we have young kids, but he kept us regularly updated and was always happy to show us around. Plumber Ronnie did an expert job on bathrooms that now feel like a 5 star hotel! We had extensive electrical work too which was fairly priced ( I kept adding more lights!) . Bob has done extensions for two friends too - all top quality!
