Needed a sink re-fitting on a canal boat after a collapse.

Shahid responded immediately to my job request on bank holiday Monday. Gave a clear and quick assessment of the work and arranged to come out and fix in good time. Had the proper expertise to choose the right solution, executed quickly and professionally. He also communicated clearly about why the issue had arisen and why his fix was the best option.

Leak investigation and lock change

I was told that water was leaking from my flat and had to get someone to attend the property as a matter of emergency. The tenant was not available to let Parv in so he had to gain entry and change the lock as well as investigate the leak. His communication was great throughout and I felt confident that the job will be done to a high standard. He was clear up front with the costs involved. He thoroughly investigated for leaks and took the time to discuss this with me.
