Work was carried out and the leakage stopped. It took a long time but with the assistance of another plumber who also attended few hours later, it was all done.
However, since the work was completed I have an issue with the strength of the flow in the flush. I have message the company about it and no one responded. I had to arrange someone else to attend.
There was supposed to be a follow up on the other job that was requested. Also, no contact despite my messages.
I appreciate resolving the main issue but I won't be using the company again.

I’m sorry to hear this and you feel that way. We pride ourselves on a quick response but must of missed your message on the checker trade app. 
Unfortunately I was away last week as it was half term and I was spending time with my family and on a family trip.
Unfortunately,  i had very limited access to the checker trade app when i was away.
