  Large window fault

  A long window/door leading onto our balcony would not tilt inwards. Contacted the company via Checkatrade and spoke to Grant who came out and very quickly identified the problem. He explained fully what was required to repair it and kept me updated as to when the new part was available to fit, quiting the total cost. Grant arrived a few days later and replaced the faulty part and window now working a absolutely fine. Grant is a very pleasant guy to deal with and I will 100% contact Easy Fix for any other issues with our windows/doors.

  French Door Repair

  We were worried about having to replace the French Doors until Stephen/Easy Fix came and checked if it could be fixed. Stephen arrived a couple of days after contacting and assured us that the doors could be fixed. He came back with a reasonable quote, we accepted, and within a week or so the doors had been fully repaired once Stephen was able to sort out the parts. Overall I would highly recommend Stephen/Easy Fix, he/they were reliable and did a great job fixing the issue.

  Good communication. Given options on what could be done. Minor issue noticed after the job was done but Easy Fix came straight back and sorted it.

  Patio door not closing due to heat expansion

  This has been a recurring problem . Grant appears to have fixed the problem so far door is closing during the recent hot weather . Very pleasant and good communication .

  Long window onto balcony wouldn't tilt open.

  Grant arrived promptly and at agreed timescale to examine the window. Quickly established it needed a new part and explained why. He could order the part but asked if I wanted to proceed...no pushy tradesman! He promised to ring me with a price, which he did within the hour and I agreed it. Grant visited today and quickly fitted the new part...he also kindly adjusted a UPVC door to fix a draught coming in. He is the type of tradesman you would want in your home...clean, knowledgeable and so pleasant to deal with. I recommend him 100% and wouldn't go to any other company for UPVC repairs.
