Neeraj booked the original appointment and turned up on time. He went about the initial fault finding professionally and explained the issues hat needed to be corrected and was up front about prices. The quality of workmanship was second to none, with all work completed on time and within the timescales given. He replied to my advertisement and came out to sort the problem the next day. He arrived and showed me the cause of why our external light wasn't working. He came fully prepared and was able to install a new light there and then which we were delighted with. I found Neraj on check a trade, great from the first to the last minute. He was very informative & helpful, guided me well throughout the completion of works.
