  Justina was true to her word and did an excellent job of cleaning my flat from top to bottom, even though it was at very short notice and had to be completed on the weekend. Communication throughout was excellent with no dramas or unexpected things. She even went the extra mile and helped me with dropping the key to my mother afterwards - no hesitation in recommending or using again if the need arises.
