  Problem identified, neighbours consulted and solution fitted to drain in a morning.

  Phil was timely, professional and sent everything in writing by text after our phone calls. He proactively spoke to neighbours and diagnosed the problem with the drains. Phil negotiated with the neighbours to split the costs. I did smile when Phil sent me a photo of the non-return valve - very impressive although I was none the wiser. 🤣. All work carried out in one morning. An issue that had troubled us for 6 years was fixed in a morning. Thanks so much, Phil!

  Friendly, efficient, skilled service from sole trader who cares about the quality of his work.

  Phil responded within 2 minutes of the job being posted, and arranged to visit at 8am next day, even though the job wasn't urgent. Very friendly and skilled professional with lots of experience. Took time to investigate and diagnose the problem and saw it through to completion and testing in about half an hour. Helpful discussions about drainage layout, and had knowledge of the local area sewer system.

  Phil was great. Super fast to respond and arrived on site a few hours later as agreed. Explained what needed done and why. Completed the job as quoted and left the area tidy and clean. Reasonably priced. too.
