On time, and swiftly serviced the boiler with no problems. Even better, I accidentally paid £100 in cash instead of £90 and they sent me the over payment back. Messages were always replied to quickly as well, much better service than others I’ve used. Thank you!

Great service from start to finish

E.M.B.R did a great job installing our new boiler at our Nottingham home. Since installation, we’ve had the team back round to install air con in a couple of our room. They are a friendly team, and gave some advice on boiler placement and some general advice about the aircon and how to use it effectively. I’d definitely use them again. Thank you!

We have just recently had a new boiler installed by E.M.B.R, as well as new radiators with all new pipework all around the house. The work they have done is brilliant. They were efficient, extremely knowledgeable and very neat. We will definitely work with E.M.B.R again, thanks so much for a stress free install.

Great service from EMBR

We used EMBR for our boiler service and would highly recommend. The lady I spoke to when booking was very friendly and helpful. We arranged time suitable for us and the engineer who attended was great. Shoes off at the door without being asked (doesn’t always happen with tradesmen) and was efficient and polite. Will use them again for sure, a great service!
