I recently hired Luke to address damp issues throughout my house, and I’m really glad I did. His attention to detail was excellent. He carefully assessed each problem area and was very transparent about what he found and how he planned to fix it. I always felt fully informed, with no surprises. The work was done to a very high standard and we now feel confident that the damp issues have been properly resolved. It is a huge relief knowing everything has been taken care of correctly. Luke was proactive and easy to deal with from the initial enquiry onwards. He arrived quickly to quote on the work, at a time that was mutually convenient. His price was in our opinion reasonable, and he also arranged a tiler to carry out the next stage of works. He arrived on time, took care to protect floors and other surfaces. He was willing to take on some aspects outside his normal remit, and was able to tackle the project without needing constant guidance. He completed the work faster than expected, allowing us to move forward with the project ahead of schedule.
