Oven problem was resolved quickly, pleasantly and extremely professionally.

Engineer was available to attend the day before my scheduled appointment and as I had wet washing stuck in my washing machine it was much appreciated. Problem was quickly identified and unfortunately a replacement machine was required. The company provided an acceptable quote for a new washing machine within the next 2 hours and was able to fit it and remove the old one the next day. Excellent service

The element on our oven had stopped working. Eastleigh Services came out the day after we called them and they brought the part with them because they had done work for us before and had our appliance on record. The engineer was friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the work in a fast and clean manner. He even gave us advice on how to change the broken light bulb in our oven as that is something we could do ourselves. We were very impressed and will continue to use Eastleigh Services for all our appliances in the future.

I have been a customer at Eastleigh Services for a number of years, having purchased appliances for my home and my rental properties. I have also had a number of repair jobs done over the years. Their service has always been very good. They are always punctual, friendly and carry out good honest work. They seem to have a great attitude to customer service.
