10 New composite front door and frame. Also replaced a lot of glazing units in windows.

11 months on and the door is still looking great. Really please with the quality of the door and the workmanship in the installation. The new composite door replaced an old timber door - wish we had done it sooner! The East Grinstead Glass guys were spot on and very professional, efficient and considerate of the house. After the glass in my bifold door was smashed in an accident leaving it unsafe I called East Grinstead Glass Works who from start to finish were absolutely fantastic. They came out immediately to make the door safe as I have young children and the replacement glass was fitted shortly after. Karen’s communication was brilliant and I was kept updated every step of the way. Jordan and Lewis the A team. No more drafts blowing from the top and bottom! I have paid so many people to repair that door and nothing has worked. I recommended East Grinstead Glass, they go over and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. They also repaired my bathroom window latch. They clean off all the glue tack. East Grinstead Glass are exceptional at what they do and the team are respectful and knowledgable from top to bottom. Adrian and Jason shared their professional ideas at the beginning when deciding what to do which was different to what I had in mind, they were right! The fitting team on the day, headed by Alex were thorough, courteous, tidy, quick and funny. East Grinstead Glass Works was established in 1975 located right in the middle of East Grinstead town, and has provided the town and surrounding areas with all their glass requirements for almost 45 years. We excel in offering high quality products and top-quality workmanship all provided and installed by our teams of experienced employees. This is highlighted to us by the amount of returning customers we have over the 44 years of trading, as we continually aim to please to a very high standard. Indeed 99% of our business is repeat custom or by recommendation from satisfied customers.
We are members of the GGF ( Glass & Glazing Federation ) which is the controlling body for our industry along with Fensa which assures our customers that all our window & door installations conform to current legislation. We are also members of Trustmark which is the only Government endorsed trading association.
All of these work closely with the Home Office to ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standard, all guarantees are genuine and will be honoured. Our PVC-U and aluminium window, door and conservatory installations all benefit from a 10 year guarantee.
We have now decided to join Checkatrade to be able to provide our customers with a platform for honest reviews and to also benefit from new projects.
