Moving in day, we found water running down our internal walls. Got Jobey to come and have a look and he found what the issue was. He recommended removing the chimney altogether if we were not going to need it. On the 5th February (Thursday), I asked if he could come and do the job. He was here by the 9th February (Monday). Really didn’t expect such a quick turnaround. What an amazing job he did with his team. Very respectful of the property. Extremely friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

Instead of heightening the corner as requested to make it level with rest of gutter, they lowered the downpipe without permission & used huge mounts of silicone to bridge the gaps in the height of the gutter & used a screw to secure the gutter to the clip. They then became irate when we said we wanted to check works & they insisted it didn't leak, so it must be a good job. Extremely aggressive, impatient & calling at all hours. I was refunded the cost of the works via the Checkatrade guarantee as it was agreed that the works were subpar. Pictures attached will show the degree of the issues.

They did a repair to the chimney and it seems to be okay. No rain water running chimney inside the loft a job well done thank you.

Bungalow roof developed a persistent leak with water dripping onto a bedroom ceiling. Contacted Eastern Roofing & a courteous chap came the next day to appraise the situation. Inspection & advice given (without charge) the lovely fella removed sodden loft insulation & quoted a fair price for repair work. Exemplary work completed promptly & to my satisfaction. 10/10.

They done a very tidy job on stopping rain water coming down the chimney in the loft. Also sorted out the canopy outside of the front door. Highly recommended roofers done in a very quick time with the jobs allocated if needed in future will call them back. great stuff.
