Julian from Eastern Gas was outstanding, and went to great lengths to get my heating and hot water restored as soon as possible. Professional, honest, reliable, everything you would hope to find in a tradesperson. Highly recommended, I will definitely use them again if needed.

Eastern Gas (Julian) was fantastic! Came to do our boiler service and fit us in at short notice. He caught a small leak in the process and replaced the faulty part with no fuss. He was very friendly and happy to explain the process - a great experience all round. Would definitely recommend!

Julian installed a new combi boiler for us to replace the old system which included a water tank in the loft and a hot water cylinder in the kitchen cupboard, all of which were decommissioned and removed. Our house is around 50 years old and as a result he encountered a few issues along the way all of which he took in his stride. We also had a leak under the bathroom floor and a leaking toilet, both of which he repaired for us. Would happily recommend his services to anyone looking for a gas safe registered installer and plumber as he was great to deal with and his work is first class.

Replaced my old toilet and put a new one in! Fantastic work, professional and friendly. 10/10 would highly recommend.
