  Sam communicated well. Did a thorough job of replacing slates and sorted a gutter and down pipe problem for me.

  Sam did exactly what we needed doing. Replace lead valley that was in poor condition and replace with new material and check and replace spalled and broken tiles. effective work and efficient in how they dealt with my questions. Two weeks later a torrential downpour and no problems.

  Sam and crew ,another Sam &Steve were very professional and polite as always. This is the fourth job by East Coast and wouldn't use anyone else. Have no hesitation in recommending.

  Slipped/Moved Roof Tile

  Sam was excellent with the correspondence. The quote for the work was very competitive. We had agreed a date to complete work in short time frame. Only reason I didn't use Sam/East Coast Roofing the current on site roofing company (part of the housing development is still being completed) called and rectified the issue.
