Eastbourne Construction Ltd started on time, kept to schedule and were a pleasure to deal with throughout. They certainly are very knowledgeable and skilled with a good range of expertise. PDav & the team always wanted to please and tried very hard to accomplish exactly what we were seeking to achieve.Inevitably with a total refurbishment a few additional works were unearthed but costs proposed could be discussed with respect and ease readily reaching a fair agreement. We can without hesitation recommend them to others.

Dav and his team did a significant amount of work for us, including knocking down walls to create a larger internal space, doing necessary plumbing and electrics and plastering, installing a new kitchen and bathroom, turning an outside what was a toilet into a downstairs loo, removing and re-rendering and painting the outside walls, putting on a new roof and putting in under floor insulation and reflooring the downstairs floor. Dav came up with good ideas, was flexible when we added jobs or changed our minds, his team were helpful and we would absolutely recommend him and his team.

Dav and his team worked so hard during their week or so with us. Dav designed some options for me to consider and then quoted for the work. When I needed him to adjust he was very flexible and came up with a suitable alternative. On-site they were very polite, hard working and got a great job done. We now have a great useable space where before we had an impossible cupboard! Thank you! Highly recommend.

Their work was extremely professional, we are really really happy with the end result. They worked constantly despite the heatwave we had at the time, always cleared up at the end of the day. Dav and co were a joy to meet.And talk to whilst working at the same time. Caroline Barnes’
