    Excellent Service

    I had Loft Ease out to do some work in my loft. I first had them in for my old house when they were East Anglian Loft Ladders. They installed a wooden loft ladder which is amazing. I love how easy it is to use. They also fit some boarding in my loft which is great for storage along with the shelving. From start to finish they have been amazing. Mark was great at the quote and extremely considerate of my needs and took the time to explain everything with me. The office team and the guys who came out were all very polite and friendly. I'm really happy that I got them back again. Highly recommend

    fast friendly and impeccable workmanship

    I wanted to make better use of the space in the attic so needed floorboards put down and a ladder fitted. Contacted Loft Ease and have been absolutely over the moon with the service I received. Their team were very friendly, clearly explaining what they were going to do and how much it would cost. Once they arrived to do the work they quickly got to it. the flooring is amazing, and you can tell the ladder they fitted is superb quality. I can't state enough how happy I am with my new room. Thank you so much to Laura and the team, if anyone is looking to get a ladder or boarding I will refer you

    Really pleased with our loft

    I needed the loft boarded for storage and to have a ladder installed. Communication was great, good timing and easy to book in. Really happy with the outcome. I felt the price was good value for money given the experience was good overall.

    Loft Boarding

    We asked Loft Ease to completely board our loft, which they said would not be a problem. They then quoted boarding for half of the loft without discussing it. The quote was hard to understand and we did not read it carefully enough, so we asked them to complete the work even though they were much more expensive then a competitor. They then never sent the quote for the rest of the loft as promised, nor did we ever receive the warranty. The quality of the work is untidy with many visible saw marks in the boards.

    Loft Ladder Fitted 22/5/25 Loft Ease was the best valued price with excellent communication. The surveyor did an excellent job and the fitters were courteous and also did an excellent job. Highly Recommend!
