All work professionally carried out - friendly, not pushy. Survey completed quickly and very thorough. Quote provided with variety of options. Fitting quickly scheduled (1.5 days to complete).David arrived promptly with extra fitter. Work exemplary throughout-finished in 1 day by 4:30. 2nd layer of loft insulation, 132 sqft loft boarding, wooden ladder, relocation of loft hatch, moved ceiling light, loft grab rail, upgraded LED batten light - all fitted as per quote. Workmanship (carpentry skills) exceptional-very neat finish. Full demo prior to leaving. Thoroughly satisfied-highly recommend!

Mark arrived on the date and at the agreed time to do the inspection and quote. The price was very competitive and the work was booked. The team turned up at the agreed date and time and two workmen were very polite and conscientious.  Dust sheets were laid prior to starting the works. Once all the works had been finished the floor was vacuumed. A walk through was done on using the loft ladder and hatch. Would 100% recommend this family run business, they could teach the larger company's what proper customer service is!

From start to finish the communication was brilliant. The surveyor was professional and told us exactly what was needed and the cost - there was no hidden costs at the end either. Installation was professional and friendly, they cleaned up after themselves so well and it was quick and painless. I was highly recommend this company.

I had my loft boarded by East Anglia loft ladders. They came out on time to quote me and even managed to fit me in right before Christmas, which I was extremely grateful for. They turned up on time, left no mess and got the job done quickly. No stress, no hassle and professional job done. They even called me later in the day to make sure I was happy with everything. Highly recommend.
