Andrew turned up to look at repairing our fridge freezer. He said he would order the part we needed and return to fix it. A week later we was still trying to contact him leaving several messages and voice mails with no explanation.If he didn’t want to do the job I’d have accepted that and moved on but to just completely ignore us and not return our calls or messages just stringing us along is unprofessional.

Highly recommend, requested the job at teatime, quick response via text message and by 8pm was booked in for 9.30 the next day. Andy arrived on time, explained what had happened to the element and why it had happened and replaced it with no bother. Quick and friendly service.

Got in touch really early Monday morning after we posted the job Sunday afternoon . Exchanged texts and received excellent friendly service which fixed the problem for just the call out fee .

Andy was quick to respond to my job posting and we booked a time for a couple of days later when we were both free. There was a misunderstanding of the category on my part as I picked appliance when it was just the hose connection and not the actual dishwasher that needed looking at, however I had made this clear in my job description. Andy reconnected the pipe and released the stop tap
