Ollie was very professional throughout. He understood our requirements and offered thoughtful suggestions, which were very helpful. I appreciated that he did not try to upsell anything unnecessary. He even came earlier than the agreed date due to changes in his schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. His pricing was fair, and the quality of the work is excellent. He worked efficiently, left everything neat and tidy, and clearly takes pride in what he does. Oli made the whole experience so seamless for us. He was very professional and transparent about all the costs and work involved.
