  Complete replacement of roof terrace on extension at the back with upgrade to current standards.

  Ermir and Kieran stood out amongst other roofers due to their knowledge, the quality of work delivered, and their pleasant way of communication. It was quite a complicated project because there was no direct access to the roof terrace from the house but they managed to lift all materials over the house, which ensured that life was minimal disrupted. They used the best available materials and co-operated excellently with Building Control and surveyors.

  A leak from a flat roof. They pulled up the decking, laid new insulation, and relayed the deck.

  We first contracted Ermir to carry out repairs to a leaking roof 7 years ago - to this day the said roof is still doing its job without any problems at all. Since then we have had Ermir and team back to replace the whole extension and side roof that was badly done by our builders. Their communication, professionalism and reliability cannot be questioned at all - everything is carried out to a high standard the site is always left clean and tidy at the end of the day/job. We are so pleased his work that we have recommended Ermir to family and friends.

  Really can't complain about any aspect of the work done by the team, from quote to completion. Quote was careful, thorough and accurate. All work was done on time and (weather delays excluded) on schedule and to a high standard. Particularly impressed by the open and honest nature of the team. Kept up to date on all details without having to ask, with daily photos of the progress and a full set of photos at the end of the job. When a lot of the work isn't immediately visible, it's great to see the steps that have been taken. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

  Ermir and hia crew did a fantastic job on our roof and before that on several streets in my neighbourhood, so he came highly recommended and rightly so. Highly skilled and observant, honest, meticulous, systematic, and documents everything with his cellphone. What's not to like? What more could you ask for?

  Repointing back of my house and flat roof

  Hi did very good gjob cleaning up old pointing not like others repoint over, primed dhe joints before repointig and did mutch the original pointing, same with the flat roof, took old felt out and wooden panels ,replaced with new one and used 3 layers off felt and it was best quality you can get
