  We hired Early Bird Roofing to repair our dormer and chimney after dealing with persistent leaks for several years. We had tried multiple times to have the issues fixed in the past, but nothing ever truly worked. From start to finish, Gary and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. The quality of their work is outstanding, and for the first time in years, we’ve had no leaks or issues whatsoever. We are beyond happy with the results and honestly couldn’t be more impressed.   We had ongoing issues with our roof, particularly around the ridge line and chimney. Over time, we had several contractors inspect and attempt repairs on four separate occasions, but the problems were never fully resolved. We then contacted Early Bird Roofing and Building Ltd, and Gary came out to assess the situation. He was extremely professional, polite, and provided a fair and transparent quote to fully rectify the issues.   We had been debating for quite some time whether to replace our roof, as we’d experienced ongoing issues. We decided to contact Early Bird Roofing and Building Ltd, and Gary came out promptly to carry out an inspection and complete the necessary remedial roof repairs. Despite the terrible weather we’ve had recently, we’ve had no water ingress at all, which speaks volumes about the quality of the work.   We recently hired Gary and his team to carry out remedial repairs on a roof that had been leaking for quite some time, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The pricing was fair and transparent, the workmanship was excellent, and every promise was delivered exactly as stated.   Really Pleased With The Work

  Very friendly, efficient and professional. We have recently purchased a house where the roof needed new fascias, soffits and bargeboards as well as some roof repairs and slate replacements. Gary and his team priced up and got to work as soon as they could, finishing in time for Christmas. They would not leave until they knew I was 100% happy with the job, definitely recommend.
