we decided to have our roof replaced because we learnt from our neighbours that the attic foam insulation was no longer acceptable if your buyers needed a mortgage. It was considered a fire hazard. We got a very acceptable quote. Everything went like clockwork. The scaffolding arrived when it was supposed to, the roofers also. They were professional, polite, tidy and quick. The end result was outstanding and only took 3 days. So So happy with the roof, best looking one on the street. Great job by Ryan and his lovely team. Would recommend 100%.

After seeing their roof work for a neighbour, one call with Ryan and price was agreed, which was the same as the neighbour paid, there was no need to negotiate as the quote was much cheaper than other 3 immediate neighbour's work, one of them even double. Work was done on planned dates, including scaffold and skip, Ryan and his 2 lads did the best that could be expected and the work and access areas were left clean. It was easy to communicate with Ryan, even at the weekend.

This job was to renew the old bitumen roof membrane which was torn and hanging down in places in the loft, and cure a condensation problem. Earley Roofing were prompt with their competitive quote, and carried out the work over 3 days. They erected scaffolding, removed existing tiles, removed existing felt and old battens, installed new UPVC fascia, soffit and guttering, installed eaves support trays and fascia vents, installed new breathable membrane and treated battens. Tiles reinstalled, with dry verge system, renewed some of the existing lead flashing. Very happy with the work done.

Ryan responded quickly to my request to look at a problem with my roof and provided a detailed estimate for the necessary work. He gave a date for the work to be done and arrived as promised. The work was completed satisfactorily.

Ryan was quick to return calls, assess the job and send a quote. It was not a large job. He soon organised scaffolders and got his team onto site and finished the job to a quality level, doing some of the work himself. He kept us (and neighbours) informed of progress and completed the job within the timescales and to budget. All with good humour.
