  Garage Conversion

  I was introduced to Perry through a friend initially to provide some information around planning permission and building control requirements surrounding a garage conversion. Given Perrys experience, I decided to work with his company to complete the work. Perry assisted in communicating with the council on a number of issues and once full planning was granted his team was able to commence work quickly. The job went smoothly, I was given regular updates and options during the project. The work was finished on time, within budget and I was happy with the final result.

  Kitchen & wc fit plus garage conversion

  Perry and the team did an amazing job for us. They stuck to schedule, were easy to get on with and were always accommodating when we changed our minds! They caused minimal disruption during a big job, knowing that we had young children and a baby in the house and understood our nerves with this being our first big project. We are thrilled with the results and would definitely recommend.

  New kitchen and utility

  We had a complete kitchen renovation taking out walls and windows. The design was agreed and the renovation timescale set. There was excellent communication throughout and consultation over any necessary changes. The kitchen and utility renovation exceeded our expectation and the transformation was truly amazing. The guys on site were very professional and worked with us to achieve our aspiration and dream

  2 storey house renovation.

  We changed the layout of a bathroom, bedroom and dressing room upstairs and extended into the downstairs garage and bathroom. The space is utilised a lot better. It took a lot of thought to get the space utilised to the best. There was communication and compromise for the whole job resulting in a much better use of the space.
