    Repair and tarmac parking spaces

    We are a block of flats and had two parking bays that were in need of attention as they were higher than the others and causing a problem. Mark and his team carried this out without any problem and actually finished earlier than planned, which was a bonus. Mark wasn’t pushy for the work and it wasn’t a problem when I had to ask for the work to be delayed.

    Great company. Mark and his team did a great job on our driveway. Dug up old crazy paving and installing a new resin system. Easy to work with keeping us informed of all stages of the job. Polite, friendly and very professional I would not hesitate recommending E&F surfacing

    Replacement manhole cover to driveway

    My elderly neighbour had a broken manhole cover in her driveway and needed it replaced. Checkatrade found Mark’s company and dealing with him was very efficient. He ended up replacing it with a nearly new cover from another job he had which saved money. The work involved a small lintel as the new cover is slightly smaller. Highly recommended.

    Honest, reliable people who deliver a great end result

    I spoke to several companies before deciding on the best option. You can imagine my surprise when - from E & F Surfacing - none other than Eddie Howe from Newcastle Utd turned up to quote me. Turns out he has a sideline in installing driveways, and I was that impressed by the communication and general helpfulness that I decided this was the best option. They did a great job, and nothing was too much trouble for Mark (dead ringer for Eddie) and the team. Responsive, efficient and a genuinely nice bunch of lads. Don’t hesitate to secure their services.

    Front Garden Renovation

    Second time we have used Mark and his team. This time to transform our very tired and old front garden. From quote to completion it has been an absolute pleasure.
