Spoke to a few structural engineers before hiring Edris to carry out our survey. His communication was good, his examination was diligent and his timing was efficient. Was very impressed by his work, and would be happy to hire him again.

Edris was very easy to deal with. We wanted to remove our chimney breast on ground and first floor. Edris was able to talk me through the stages step by step and what was needed from my end. He came around took measurements and provided us with the structural drawings and party wall notice quite quickly. If i had any questions he was always there to help. Would use again.
