Contacted E&A and discussed about the job which involved removing old laminate flooring and fitting a new one in Conservatory. We agreed on a price and the job was completed in a day. Ilias was very polite and professional, coming to view the job and agree on a price and time very quickly. The price was fair and competitive, and he was very reassuring that the job would be completed to a high standard (a previous, unrelated contractor had left the job partially started). Despite taking on someone else's job, he and his team were very happy to complete the work, and did an amazing job. Overall very pleased with the work completed.

Ilias is a great man. He and his team did everything they promised in time. They started working at 8 a.m. and worked at weekends to finish the work as soon as possible. They completed laminate, kitchen tiling, and painting for a four-bedroom house in 10 days. They have also fixed some silicon issues in the kitchen and bathroom, including the door lock, light holder, etc. They are very talented and have experience. So, I would recommend them for any work you need in your home.
