Ilias did an excellent job fitting my bathroom from start to finish. His communication was clear and consistent throughout, and he delivered everything on time as promised. He even went above and beyond by completing additional work that wasn’t originally planned. I really appreciated that he followed up afterward to make sure I was happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Responsive in contact, gave a fair explanation of what the job would be and potential issues that we would come across but can only be confirmed when committing to the job. As the work was carried out I was kept informed of steps along the way, options I had when issues raised and no steps were continued until I and he had a plan agreed moving forward.

Not yet booked Ilias but even before any work has been done, he's been helpful, advisory, and a very generous communicator! Really honest and trustworthy guy!

Ilias is the best plumper we’ve ever used and going forward, he’ll be the one we always use. Our shower was only running cold water. After a few questions over the phone, Ilias knew what the problem was, bought the replacement part needed and fixed it all within 20 mins of arriving. He came all the way from Worthing to Brighton. Ilias is trustworthy and reliable.. he looked at the damage, suggested investigation to track the source, removed ceiling, found leak from flat above, made sure all was fixed and dry before replacing ceiling. Excellent work and good attitude. Followed up to make sure all was remedied. Happy to work with Ilias and his team in the future.
