  Replace flashing, Grind out and re-point the chimney and re-flaunch. Remove old Ridge tile, replace.

  Polite pair of lads. Turned up gave a reasonable quote which was slightly dearer than other company’s, but none the less done the job and provided evidence before and after. The only company that actually went up a ladder to check the roof out upon the first visit rather than standing on the road and guessing.
