Erli responded to my original text with a accurate ETA , after a bit more communication had a accurate Idea with regards to the repair, arrived with the part to get the repair done efficently also had a quick safety check of the electrical circuit, offered valued advice as regards the consumer unit going forward

Answered the phone promptly gave an accurate estimate for arrival. Then completed the job very cleanly with minimum fuss, gave out some additional safety information which was pertinent and helpful , would use him again
