  This is the third time I have used D Young Plastering and Building. Daryll is reliable and professional and honest, and does a great job every time. He has worked in our firewall, knocked through a two walls, put a lintel in, and plastered several walls. I would highly recommend.

  Understairs cupboard May 2025

  Daryll installed a cupboard under the stairs in the kitchen. He found materials that matched the existing wooden panelled wall and edged the join with a decorative moulding. This makes it look as if the cupboard has always been there. It was skilfully done and I am very pleased with the look and use of that space. Daryll also did the plaster work and installation of the new kitchen. The kitchen now has very welcoming atmosphere and I enjoy coming home to it.

  Very impressive workmanship

  Daryll installed a Howdens Kitchen for me in May 2025. He did the plastering before hand and also installed an understairs cupboard. The kitchen install was very smooth and Daryll kept me informed at all times on progress and asked for my input when needed. A fantastic tradesman, builder and plaster. I was very impressed with the results and now like being in my kitchen.

  Daryl is always punctual, professional and very very tidy. Other trades people have also commented on the high standard of his workmanship. I am very pleased with all the work he has done at my property and I will continue to use him for future projects.

  Overboard ceiling and room plastered
