Due to spray foam being direct on the tiles on half of the pitched roof. A new rear roof was required. Lee and his team were quick to view, quote and proceed. The job was relatively small but the scaffolding and skip arrived within 24hrs of acceptance and was gone within 24hrs of completion. I was kept informed of the job process and thankfully there were no disclosed difficulties. If only I saw his advert before I used another company for spray foam removal as his pricing, quality and communication is of the highest standard. Would highly recommend as a trustworthy roofing company

We needed the roof membane replacing, entailing the erection of scaffolding, removal of the existing tiles and batterns and fitting of the new memebrane with new batterns. Lee was able to advise us on the works required and the materials we needed. he arranged the works to fit our schedule and organised the scaffolders etc. Lee and his coworker worked cleanly and efficently, tidying up all the waste and left everything in good order, he even was able to fix a loose ridge on another section of my roof and install a vented tile for my bathroom extractor.

Right from the start we knew that Lee and Dynamic Roofing Ltd would do a good job. Thorough review of our requirements, a comprehensive quote and then the work itself - all good! Throughout the process, anything that cropped up, Lee was attentive and responsive. Totally reliable and we'd recommend him to anyone wanting a quality job doing at a reasonable price. Dynamic Roofing Company re-did our flat roof, bits of which were starting to fall off and cause cracks in the plaster in the room below. They responded quickly to my request for a quote, and upon agreement, were able to fit in the job without a long wait. They were so friendly too, and our roof looks excellent. Communication is also superb, and emails are responded to swiftly. Highly recommended!

Lee was so friendly and professional. He gave me an honest appraisal of the job and took photos of my roof to show me where a tile had cracked. His price was reasonable and fair. As he knew I needed the job doing quickly , he went out of his way to fit me in as soon as possible. Just before the job started my daughter drew my attention to another loose tile near her bedroom and Lee happily replaced that one too. I would highly recommend Lee from Dynamic Roofing.

I've had 4 roofers out to quote for a leaking pitched roof. Lee was the only one who took the time to go up and have a good look and found a tile out of position. Nudged it back, gave everything a check and that was that. True gent. Would highly recommend.
