Ricky from D.R inspected our roof after a leak indoors. He was polite and knowledgeable, showing me the damage where water had been leaking through the tiles and travelling down. We had a couple of quotes from different companies and this quote seemed reasonable. We were impressed with Ricky, who checked in and paid an interim visit to cover the roof with a tarpaulin, as a stop gap before they were available to start work. He maintained good communication and turned up to complete the job promptly. Felt was replaced, new battons, new tiles and flat roof sealed. Good job, would def recommend.

roof was jet washed, broken tiles and rotten timber and fascias identifed and repaired. roof painted to blend different tile colours and prevent moss return. installed dry ridge system.

We had water pouring from one side of the house whenever it rained, which turned out to be because the gutter wasn't draining and was overflowing. After assessing it and being unable to adjust the brackets due to the style of install, Donald suggested that the best solution was to remove the gutter and install a new one with a fascia so the angle could be set correctly and the gutter would drain. The work was done professionally and efficiently and some convenient rain the next day showed the new gutter was doing its job.
