  Garage to Summer House with Utility room conversion

  Having downsized we have converted an existing garage. Ric and Ant were professional and flexible, which was just as well, as the job was not straight forward. Before the start date we discovered the roof leaked. We thought to cancel, but the guys suggested we compromise on requirements and instead of bricking up the garage door they agreed to clad this space and fix the roof for the same price. We asked for additional works, including patio doors to the kitchen and re-using the existing window in the Summer House, which they accommodated with grace and good humour. We're very happy.

  Dynamic Construction completed a full kitchen refurb for us. We had sought a number of quotes but they were the first team that really listened to what we wanted, which gave us confidence that we would be able to work together to achieve a kitchen that not only looked good, but boasted all the practicalities that would enable it to function well on an everyday basis. We were not disappointed. The team are highly skilled and set themselves high standards. The quality of their work is such that we have asked them to come back and refurb the bathroom for us.

  Kitchen Diner and downstairs loo

  I honestly couldn’t recommend these guys enough. We were first time buyers. With no experience of tradesmen. We also weren’t from the area we bought a house, so didn’t have the luxury of word of mouth. We met Anthony and Richie and felt at ease. When quoted we were happy straight away and work began asap. Throughout the 3 months they worked on our house it was fast, efficient and enjoyable to have them here. All work delivered on time and Communication excellent. Once all completed, was sad to see them go. It was such a challenging time, they were just who we needed. Will 100% use again!

  Replace Loft Windows

  Always arrived punctually. If problems arose they would discuss it with us and explain how it would be resolved. Respected my property and always left it clean. Did a really good job and we have no reason not to recommend them to others

  Internal wall removal

  From start to finish Ant was really helpful and great at keeping me informed as to where we were up to and when work would start etc. Ant and Richie are super professional and made us feel extremely comfortable having them in our home. They made sure to leave it spotless every day even with such a dusty job. They have done a great job and did it quicker than we expected. Thanks Dynamic!!

  Kitchen/diner wall

  We reached out to Dynamic as we needed the kitchen wall removing to create an open plan kitchen and diner. Richie and his team helped us take care of everything from ordering the large steel beam to getting rid of the brick wall and then making good of the new opening. This is the first large job we have done on the house and as novices would recommend them to anyone who may find the idea of taking a wall out a bit daunting! Thanks, we will see you when the next stage starts 🙂
