  Had an emergency with the roof; Dave and his team came round and fixed it within the week, guaranteeing it for decades. Very happy with the speed and quality of the service we received, and fully recommend Dave. Dave got back to us very quickly and was very responsive to our needs.

  Top quality work - excellent service

  DWS carried out a flat roof replacement for us. We had issues with a leak and guttering that both needed to be addressed. An estimate was agreed up front and the team then spent 4 days with us. They were prompt, professional, tidy, polite and did an excellent job on the roof and guttering, also keeping us informed when an unforeseen issue arose, being transparent with resultant changes to cost which were discussed and agreed upon. No payment was requested up front, only on completion of the work and complete satisfaction with the result which is guaranteed for 25 years. First Class service.

  Chimney repair, and fascia boards & gutter replacement

  David and his team provided a fast and efficient service. We couldn't see the work in person, but David sent us pictures that showed the work was completed to a high standard. He updated us regularly by text, and was polite and friendly.

  Excellent roofers in the south west.

  Surveyed on Monday,started new flat roof, flashing and refit of pitched roof on Tuesday. Completed on Thursday, no mess, no hassle, Happy for me to go up and look at the work in progress. Good communication throughout and a very fair price.

  Complete roof replacement

  Arrived day after initial contact to quote. Showed video of existing damage and quote was accepted. Scaffolding arrived same day and work was started. With a huge team and efficient planning, the whole roof was removed, new batons, felt, facia and soffits as well as guttering replaced. Tiles cleaned and chimney reppinted. Site was cleared. All guys on site were polite. Speedy response to initial enquiry and through to completion...would definitely recommend.
