Did exactly what was asked and explain everything clearly for us. Did it in great time. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

We asked Dan to do a safety check on a property we had to rent. Dan turned up on the date and time he specified. During safety check Dan told us that there would be remedial work needed and quoted to do the work. Remedial work was carried out very quickly and safety ticket was issued. I would thoroughly recommend Dan as I felt he would always go that extra mile to help. Plus he always returns phone calls. Bob
