    Roof leak investigation and rectification

    Following a leak in roof, Dave and his team conducted a full investigation and did a short notice replacement of timbers, felt, gullies and flashing. Roofers very hard working, used existing tiles where possible. Good coordination of sub contractors regarding scaffolding and skip hire. Good communication of work plan from start to finish.

    Replacment of tiles, felt and battens

    I contacted D W Roofing Specialists to fix what was water getting in from a previous repair by someone else. The job turned out to be far bigger, the battens were rotten and the lining full of holes. Extra scaffolding was arranged at short notice, the job was completed quickly with their team working long hours and at the weekend to complete the work, reusing as many slates as could be salvaged. All waste was removed. Communication throughout was excellent, I was always kept informed of progress. An added bonus was that all the scaffolding was arranged by D W Roofing Specialists.

    Emergency roof repair

    Damp In My Loft

    I had a lot of damp in my loft which was concerning me,I had d w roofing out to take a look,they immediately told me that the issue was my felt had multiple holes in due to the age,they replaced all the felt on my roof and all my battens along side installing a new dry ridge system and I have to say I’m thrilled with there team and there work,they also left everything clean and tidy and everything was carried out in a timely manner, thanks again

    Various repairs to my roof
