    Excellent job done in time line promised. Every stage explained as work progressed. The workmen worked hard and were always polite and friendly. Cleared everything away with no mess left behind.

    called D W roofing and the next day Dave came around to take a look at the leak, he immediately diagnosed the issue which was a failed lead flashing around my chimney breast, scaffolding was arranged and as it was a leak dave rushed scaffolding so it was up within 48 hours,24 hours later Daves team came replaced the flashing, checked the roofing underlay which he advised me was fine and the job was complete, i would recommend them to anyone, a job well done with top marks from me

    Roof repair.

    The whole team was professional, polite and tidy. The job was originally a small one but once on the roof it was clear it was a much bigger issue. Everything was explained and showed to us with no pressure of a sale just honest professional advice. The job was then completed in 2 days to a very high standard. Thank you to all the team involved. Very happy customers and will definitely use this company again for any future roofing needs.

    Re-felting and tiling - reliable and quick

    We contacted DW roofing with a leaky roof, getting actively worse over Xmas. Dave and his team were really prompt and helpful. Despite the busy Xmas period, even though fully booked, Dave organised for his team to secure a temporary cover to stop the problem getting worse (especially in lots of rainy weather). Once they had slots free Dave and his team had the roof re-felted and tiled within a single day, and their 25 year guarantee on the works means we felt well taken care of! Huge thanks to Dave and team for their speedy work and for keeping us calm throughout! Would definitely use again

    Outstanding Work and Service.

    Outstanding service from highly professional and diligent individuals! We are a registered charity that supports vulnerable adults in Hereford, and as a non-profit organization, finances can often be limited. Dave reached out to our charity and kindly offered to repair our guttering free of charge. The guttering had been detached and leaking for several months, so we were very pleased when Dave offered to resolve the issue. We had never met Dave before today, yet he has already made a significant impact on the charity. We are thankful to have met someone so generous and thoughtful.
