Be warned. You should use best practice in selecting a firm to carry out work. My guard slipped and I paid for it.

Job went well carried out repairs professionally.

They were very efficient and even though we didn't have running water, they fixed the sink clogs and all is now well. Thank you for putting them in touch with me.

They were very quick to respond to our heating emergency and were with us within a few hours of contact. The engineer was very professional, helpful and efficient and was able to sort out the problem (a seized up heating pump) very quickly. He also spent time cleaning the pump to reduce the risk of it happening again and to make the most of the minimum hour's charge to us. They were upfront with their costs. The hourly rate was £180 plus VAT which I thought was a bit steep but there would have been no call out charge if they could not solve the problem. I would use them again.

Excellent communication and good experience. The plumber who came round was obviously very knowledgeable. He looked everywhere for the leak and eventually found it in the airing cupboard. I would recommend this company.

James arrived on time and was really friendly. He helped me understand what he was doing and how he fixed the problem. Really nice guy and did an excellent job with 24 hours of first contact. Highly recommended.
