Great service, first to contact me and cameout same day. James did all he could and hopefully has cleared our blocked pipe. Drain appears to be running freely now so fingers crossed! Great service, they did run late coming to me but not a problem after I called them.

Had an emergency leak and DWP were very quick to respond. Initial quote given after explanation and after around 40 minutes , was informed, James will be attending to fix the problem. After 25 minutes , James arrived and proceeded to fix the faulty fitting although he had to visit a local screwfix which add half hour onto the time as he did not have a part required. On his return , he fitted the part and fixed a faulty stopcock , was friendly, and professional. A great job done overall and would use again . Many thanks Richard , James and the team.

Very quick response to my enquiry. Plumber arrived on date and time arranged. Friendly and professional. Explained my options clearly. Cleaned up when finished. Would definitely recommend this company.

Had to call a plumber as two toilets weren't flushing fully and filling up as they should. The plumber came around Friday and did an excellent job, which required a full replacement of parts for both toilets .From arranging an appointment to the job itself, full communication, friendly and reliable service throughout and I would highly recommend

James attended and replaced valve in loft, changed outside tap and checked valve and overflow. A really nice chap.
