David was excellent from start to finish. After being left without heating and hot water, he diagnosed and repaired the boiler quickly and professionally when the manufacturer wouldn’t help. He was knowledgeable, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. He explained the fault clearly, was upfront about the options, and carried out the repair efficiently. Dave was absolutely brilliant. Punctual, clean and tidy and one of the most friendly tradesmen I have met. Well worth the money.
