Offered to come the next day and were happy to arrange for the day after. Let me know they'd be ten minutes late, then quickly identified and solved the issue when they arrived. Were upfront from start to finish about costs and were very honest when the work cost less than they'd quoted at first. Would certainly recommend and hire them again.
