They were timely, polite and very informative around lock and door maintenance to prolong life and gave great advice around which lock would be best for our needs.

I had a reply from this firm within 10 minutes of my request going out. They turned up within the hour and replaced the lock on my door. You can’t ask for better service than that. Excellent job. 5 stars
