Technicians (two) arrived on time. They performed necessary checks on gas boiler and radiators efficiently. Checked that CO detectors in the house were serviceable. Made no mess.

I have used Dominic Wiles now for the past few years and his levels of standards in servicing my gas boiler system and water cylinder are consistently of a very high standard I would have no hesitation in recommending him for any necessary servicing or repair work

I have used Dominic Wyles Gas Installations and Services on several occasions primarily to service my gas boiler and central heating but happy to do quick plumbing jobs too. Always extremely prompt, courteous, reliable and reasonably priced. Excellent all round!

Annual Boiler inspection Saturday. Boiler condemned. At Risk household now has no heat or hot water. Searched for Vaillant/Glow Worm boilers. One of their registered installers was D Wiles. Received quote Sunday. Accepted. Told he would arrive 8 am Wednesday. After installation, testing etc Dom and Steve were gone by 2 pm. All rubbish, waste materials, old boiler etc were removed and taken away. (He had even brought an electric heater in case extra warmth was needed!) A caring, considerate provider who will be recommended to friends. Will use again. Thanks Dom and Steve

Dom responded quickly to my call, arrived within the time scale he gave. Fully assessed the whole heating system and advised on solution. Quotes arrived quickly and fully explained. Carried out work in full and on time. Very impressed. Excellent service.

Dominic was brilliant. I had an issue with my boiler and no hot water or heating, he offered to come out within a few hours and the boiler was repaired within 24 hours. He was clear on instructions for things to check for myself, he was clear and helpful in the direction of my insurance, boiler type, parts etc. he repaired the boiler first time and explained why the repair was needed and the next steps needed taking. I couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone. Professional, friendly, approachable and more than reasonable pricing.
