Skirting and trim fitted to small corner of room

    Posted 13 September 2025

Dave responded to my job really quick and was able to quote and get the work completed within a week with it being a small job which I appreciated. I was worried about the join being visible but he did a great job of blending the new with the old and even I can’t notice now it’s painted and I’m terrible at picking out the smallest imperfections ( tradesmen hate me). He was clean and tidy, very polite and reasonable price so yes I would recommend.

    Replacement of 7 internal doors

    Posted 22 May 2025

Dave replaced 7 internal doors, which posed some difficulties due to the metal frames. Incredibly happy with the standard of the work and the communication, Dave was also a very nice person to have working in the house!

Bathroom skirting was required after new flooring. Great at communicating with me and punctual followed with a great neat finish on the job. Cleaned up after too which was a nice touch. Will be keeping his contact in my phone for future work. Very happy to recommend.

putting new skirting on landing and hall way

    Posted 30 April 2025

at the top of the stairs he said he would cut into the plaster so the skirting would be in the same place as old skirting but he didn't. he's had to use extra little pieces of wood to fill in the gaps, looks a mess. by the front door he needed to put a piece of wood on top of the skirting to line it up with the wood on the stairs, but it's not even straight and the beading he ran down the stairs doesn't meet up with it. on the landing the wood wasn't quite long enough so he had to put a small piece of wood in, but it's not flush. he should of put the earth wire behind skirting but he cut it
