  No hot water, contacted Dean and had a swift response. Explained issue. Appt arranged and attended. Thorough troubleshooting led to a positive outcome. Dean is kind friendly and professional. Explained each process as he sought to identify the issue. Put me at ease with his explantations. I would 100% recommend Dean for his services.

  Dean came to our bungalow at cayton bay . He carried out a service on our air source heat pump. He was polite and did a great job . Makes a change these days that some one carry’s out the work does a good job on time and left the place clean and tidy well done Dean . Will call you when next service due . Thanks again .

  Responded almost right away and did a very through job of servicing the boiler and providing landlord gas safety certificate. Would recommend. Good comms too and did the job within a week which was what i was after. Thank you
