DW Force we're really professional and great to deal with from start to finish. I originally contacted them to find out about waterproofing a basement, but had concerns re water damage from a leak. They pinpointed the work that needed to be done, sent thorough reports, were always on hand to discuss the work and very patient with me whilst I decided what I was going to get done. Ela always responded to emails promptly and Vlad is very knowledgeable and great to communicate with. The work carried out was to a high professional standard, solved all issues and was very tidy. Great experience. Work was done promptly and they cleaned up well.

Years of unseen damp and a poor quality fix meant that we discovered lumps of plaster falling off our dining room wall, with sand pouring from cracks, and pebbledash falling away in chunks from the outside of the wall. DW turned up on time to do a comprehensive survey. We had two other companies come and review the job before hand. DW not only beat them on price but provided a far better explanation of what needed to be done and how they would approach it. We were extremely impressed with the way they worked - being punctual, polite, tidy and professional.

This company is excellent. Vlad came round and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. The works were agreed and his team came and worked hard to complete the damp proofing within the timeframe. I found them to be capable, efficient and polite. The estimate was accurate and when I needed some extra modifications they were very accommodating. I highly recommend them.

Ele, Vlad and team have done a great job, the area needed new insulation and re-plastering. The works were carried out in 3 days and left the area in perfect condition and dust free. Very skilled and professional team. We will definitely use them again in the future, as so far are the best we have worked with. Happy to recommend.
