Kaspars was professional, polite and responsive in all his communications. All of the interior of a 4 bedroom house needed to be repainted and I asked Kaspars to quote for that work but he noticed that some other work that I expected to need to be attended to separately needed doing including recarpeting the bedroom and floor and sanding and vanishing the dining room wooden floor suggested that he could also attend to this work and did so admirably. The work was done very promptly and for a reasonable quote. I would recommend Kaspars to my friends and would ask him to quote for other work.
