Dai decorated our living room, hallway, stairs and landing. All the gloss work was masked off. It was then undercoated, second coat and top coated. Wall and ceilings were emulsioned and again masked off and two coats applied. Dai also papered a feature wall and if I hadn't of bought the paper I wouldn't have known where the joins would be. Exterior painting of wooden window frames, metal guttering and down pipes. Excellent work , done in a timely manner with a pleasant and flexible approach. During this year Dai has undertaken four decorating jobs for us. He did two bedrooms in July, the hall, stairs and landing in August, another bedroom in September and finally the dining room, utility room and cloakroom in October. All the jobs were a complete re-paint of the ceilings, walls and woodwork. All the work was carried out to a very good standard and at a very reasonable price. Living in a period property (with its usual period property quirks!) I was delighted to find Dai, who showed real expertise, care and sensitivity to the building he was working with. His meticulous attention to detail has produced beautiful results, which I am so happy with, and he's also great company for someone who works from home! He's a natural problem solver, quick thinker and perfectionist - and ended up 'fixing' many other things in the house that he noticed during his time here. A true gem. Hello, my name is Dai Walters and I am DW Decor. I have been a sole trader for the past twenty years or so and am regarded by my clients as being reliable, conscientious and trustworthy. My work covers most aspects of the decorating trade that have included wallpapering (see photos), minor carpentry where required, children's bedrooms (see photos) and whole building projects, both interior and exterior (see photos).
