    New internal doors fitted

    Dan provided excellent communication throughout, carried out the work well within the time discussed (despite it not being a straightforward job due to our wonky door frames) and left everything very tidy - really happy with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to contact again

    Dan was great. He was easy to contact and sorted out quotes quickly. He was upfront about timings and gave great advice when he came in person to conduct measurements. Highly recommend using Dan!

    Custom made fitted wardrobes

    After Dan did an excellent job on the fitted wardrobes in one bedroom, I had no hesitation in asking him to install fitted wardrobes in my second bedroom. As before Dan was happy to discuss my requirements, and make suggestions. Work was carried out efficiently and I'm very pleased with the results.

    Replacement of wardrobe doors

    The quality of the work was excellent and the cost was very reasonable. The work was carried out exactly as planned , on time and as previously stated to a very high standard. The area was left immaculately clean and tidy. The communication before, during and after the work was excellent. We were so impressed with the quality of the work we have asked this tradesperson to undertake more work in the home.

My name is Dan and I’m a sole trader who runs D Watson Carpentry.

If you contact D Watson Carpentry, it will be myself who you will deal with from start to finish, from answering the phone to completing the finished job. I offer free quotations and always happy to help with any questions.

I’ve been in the carpentry trade since 1998 completing a full apprenticeship, gaining an NVQ City & Guilds advanced level 3 in carpentry and joinery. I would consider myself experienced and knowledgeable within my trade.

I carry out most general carpentry jobs. I very much enjoy and specialise in fitted furniture including bedrooms, study’s and bespoke units. This could be a small bespoke table to fit an awkward space or large bespoke storage units to fill a whole wall.

I feel I have a good eye for detail and conscious of providing what the customer needs, offering my experience and advice to achieve the desired outcome along the way. I pride myself on high quality finishes and sturdy workmanship for every budget.

My main lines of work are listed below, although I do enjoy adapting my skills to one off projects within my trade experience.
