  Garden was over run with nettles which needed digging up from the roots, levelled, turf and slabbed

  Nick from Development was truly helpful from the offset; giving me encouraging advance on the best way to help my cousin sort out her garden without me spending too much money. He was polite, punctual and extremely patience. I'm definitely happy and satisfied with the work so far; just a few more work needs doing - once I raise enough money I will be calling him back. He's committed in delivering high quality work. I will be recommending him to others. Thank Nick and the team.

  Nick did our rear and side extension and we're genuinely over the moon with it. What used to be a dark, poky kitchen is now a light-filled, open-plan space that feels like it came straight out of a home magazine (if you ignore the Lego on the floor). The finish is top-notch-super neat, modern, and built to last. Nick was a dream to work with: always on time, easy to chat to, and full of good advice. Nothing was too much trouble-even when we changed our minds (twice) about where the sockets should go. If you're thinking of doing an extension, we'd 100% recommend Nick. Just stock up on biscuits

  Nick is your man, so never forget his number! I will not sugarcoat this; we all know that good builders are far and few between, even on checkatrade. Well, I can happily say that Nick is one of those rarities, who is not only professional in what he does, but is attitude, kindness, and skill all make him a fantastic choice. Nick has already done two jobs for me, sourced me excellent craftsmen, and is now working on a third project. So if you need a builder for life who does everything right, Nick (Dvelopment) is the guy that will bring your projects to light!
