  On-time and on-budget, good quality but poor planning

  Work was carried out on-time and on-budget and to a reasonable standard. The workers were well-behaved and happily adapted work when requested. Electrical , carpentry and kitchen fitting were high standard, plastering less so. Two parts: building a lounge extension and extending kitchen into the lounge. I had anticipated external work being completed before starting the kitchen. However both proceeded simultaneously so both lounge and kitchen were out of commission for almost the whole time. Chaotic deliveries - wrong items, early morning and late night drops (with no builders present).

  From the offset, Nick was punctual, polite and extremely honest in regards to the job I wanted him and his team to undertake; his honesty save me a lot of money. Nick thank so much for the work you carried out fory cousin - I can't thank enough for you advice which saved us a lot of money. We are extremely grateful.

  Garden was over run with nettles which needed digging up from the roots, levelled, turf and slabbed

  Nick from Development was truly helpful from the offset; giving me encouraging advance on the best way to help my cousin sort out her garden without me spending too much money. He was polite, punctual and extremely patience. I'm definitely happy and satisfied with the work so far; just a few more work needs doing - once I raise enough money I will be calling him back. He's committed in delivering high quality work. I will be recommending him to others. Thank Nick and the team.

  Nick did our rear and side extension and we're genuinely over the moon with it. What used to be a dark, poky kitchen is now a light-filled, open-plan space that feels like it came straight out of a home magazine (if you ignore the Lego on the floor). The finish is top-notch-super neat, modern, and built to last. Nick was a dream to work with: always on time, easy to chat to, and full of good advice. Nothing was too much trouble-even when we changed our minds (twice) about where the sockets should go. If you're thinking of doing an extension, we'd 100% recommend Nick. Just stock up on biscuits
