Excellent service from start to finish. The team carried out the work on my property with great attention to detail and professionalism. They were easy to deal with, transparent about costs and timelines and delivered high-quality work. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them so do check them out! Roshan and Jesan were very good and very helpful. They were also very prompt and responsive. The technical drawings were professional and produced on a timely basis. They liaised with the council to direct me in the right direction as my property is located in a conservation area, a leasehold and the council is also the freeholder. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Currently working with Jesan, they have done the preliminary structural drawings and will be submitting the building controls paperwork soon. They will also look after the party wall agreement and communication with building regs....early days but happy so far.

I reached out to DVC Engineering to see if they could carry out the task above. Prompt responses from them and I booked in for site visit. The engineer arrived on time and I talked him through what I wanted. He was very patient and extremely attentive and very knowledgeable. He explained what to get an approval from Building Control, and even showed illustrations. Fast forward, he produced the structural drawings and calculations. Professionally, meticulously & impeccably done. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs structural drawings & calculations or even advice in that regard.
