  Fantastic on every level

  Fabian and his team transformed my parents’ downstairs toilet which was in a terrible mess after a water leak. They did such a beautiful job – we are all thrilled with it - working quickly and efficiently to an incredibly high standard. Furthermore, they are just lovely people! So kind and patient with my elderly parents. We will definitely use them again and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Oh, and they’re really good value too and tidied up after themselves beautifully. Top marks all round.

  Tiling job

  Very reliable and efficient. Keen to get started. Fabian and his colleague fit tiles for me and they were great, Fabian offers to get materials if needed and goes above and beyond to meet the customers needs and get the job done. Would definitely use again and recommend

  Great work/great price. Absolute grafters!

  I needed a small shower area re-tiled within a week. It was a rush job, with the possibility of water damage to the floor. Fabian was quick to get in contact to find out more about the job and I felt I was in good hands. We discussed details, tile choice and set a date without any fuss with Fabian sourcing the tiles (a huge help). Communication was good despite him being busy on another job - prompt responses and advice where necessary. The floor did need replacing which added a bit of time, but just over 12 hours to turn a grotty damp shower area into a fresh clean space. Great job.

  Fantastic flexibility and highly skilled

  Fabian and his team did a range of jobs as part of a kitchen renovation. They installed stainless steel worktops, upgraded plumbing, installed new sockets and tilled the space. The work was of an extremely high standard and they work professional and efficient throughout accommodating schedule changes with flexibility and ease.

  High quality work, extremely reliable and trustworthy

  I think the title of my review sums up Fabian and his team. We initially asked Fabian to replaster our house and were very happy with the results. He also installed new skirting, architrave and coving and fitted new doors. Fabian has a real ‘can do’ attitude and nothing is too much trouble. We were so happy with his initial work that we also asked him to renovate and install our new kitchen, which involved structural building work and was also done to a high standard. Fabian and his team are extremely hard-working and reliable and we would highly recommend him for any building project!

  Don’t compromise on quality!

  I have been using Fabian Dutu Home Improvements for a few years now. He’s reliable, professional and provides excellent quality of work. I’ll keep using him to finish decorating my home. I don’t trust anyone else.
